Our mission at the East End Resource Center is to provide community services that create a safe environment for senior engagement, allowing seniors of Charleston's East End to enjoy social interaction, learning opportunities, nutrition, and skill building to enhance their quality of life.
With a strong emphasis on volunteerism and collaborative partnerships, the East End Resource Center is dedicated to providing community services that enhance senior engagement through a five-day-a-week program focused on sustainability and improving the quality of life for seniors.
As a nonprofit organization based in the Roosevelt Neighborhood Center (formerly the Roosevelt Junior High School), we are located at 502 Ruffner Avenue on the East End of Charleston, WV. Our senior program is funded through donations, grants, and fundraisers.
