About The East End Resource Center

With emphasis on volunteerism and collaborative partnerships, the East End Resource Center will provide seniors with a five-day-a-week program that promotes sustainability and improved quality of life. 

We are a nonprofit organization located in the Roosevelt Neighborhood Center (formerly the Roosevelt Junior High School). We are located at 502 Ruffner Avenue on the East End of Charleston, WV. We rely on donations, grants, and fundraisers to fund our senior program.
